Week 3: let's count some catnumbers

So hello there! :)

Thanks for finding your way to here! ;) U are my new best friend now :) I mean one of them :) and sorry I was so busy last week I just hadn't time to write to you :(

So I've been at gym three times on this week and then I had my own gymnast practice at home. I'm pretty proud of my self :) I was teaching little children gymnastics two times and it was fun! I haven't been eating anything bad or shitty :) And I'm proud of that too :)




Today we are gonna count to five :)


1. U should remember to be grateful for what u have achieved already, don't forget that my beloved readers! So u can celebrate if u achieve something u've tried to do :) But do not celebrate by eating it all back or don't leave one workout undone! Celebrate by giving yourself an extra hour at evening before bedtime. Give yourself a change to enjoy some little thing in your day :) Or then if u wanna and can do it big u can take a new tattoo or new channel back or maybe some new jewelry? ;)  So think about it ;)



2. U can set some goals to yourself. And when u get there u can give yourself a price :) Something u've always wanted :) For me it would be new fitness clothes and new shoes and bags :) Maybe massage or a day ft. my good friends in movies and shopping. Think about what could u give yourself when u get to your goals! :) Take many little goals and one the biggest so it will be easier ;)



3. Believe in yourself! It is very important! U need to feel like u can do it! 

No more I should! 

No more I could! 

Today we will!!!



4. Don't make it hard for yourself! Make it easy as u can so u can do it till the end! Till the goals u have set to yourself! Take some friends with u to do it! Go to joking with your mom or take your brother to swimming!


5. Keep a stop eating shit diary. :) U can see how much u have progressed. Take before pic of u and keep it so u can see how much u have progressed! Then take some in the middle pics and check your weight few times per month :)


And our foodie challenge was to.make smoothies ;) have u done them? Well, these were mine :)



Foodie:

Try to do some healty version of some baking ;) any ideas? :)


Movechallenge:

Watch a gymnast video from youtube and try to leatn to do splits and handstand :)  later this week I'll tell you how to gymnadt ;)

Week 2: There's 7 days in week so make them count

Hello there! :)

Welcome to read my blog again! :)It's whole 1 week from when we started guys!!!! are u still in? ;) Hope so because I need u guys! 

So here I tell u tips how to live healtier life and lose some weight and most important, get fit ;)





So this weeks challenges were 350 jumps ft. jumping rope and to make salad :)

So how are things? :) All 350 jumps done? :)
hope so ;) I've done all of them and I'm happy about it :)
I didn't get any pics of your salads but next time better :)

Sports? Gym? What's the best way to do it?


Then to the next thing :) U know there's no only one sport or one way to lose weight or get fit :) Some people lose weight just by walking their dogs every day! Like my mother :) But u need to go longer walks than just one km or one mile! :D Try about 4-5km or miles per day? ;) But some people need something else  :) It depends on what's your goals :)

Then to the real deal :) I'm starting to tell about some different sports that u can use when u're loosing weight and getting fit :) One per day :) starting ft. one of my favorites: Pilates ;)


Pilates




Pilates is about your body. Mostly u don't need anything else than yourself! But I'm telling u guys! IT REALLY WORKS!!!!!

U can find great pilates videos from YouTube or then u can go to real pilates class :)
But I have to say that if u wanna look cheap and easy and still good and working pilates, this is what u need:

So Blogilates is community whos queen is Cassey Ho. Cassey has done Blogilates for many years and she's GRAZY!!!!! I mean in the good way Cassey ;) So search in YouTube: Blobilates or then go to: www.blogilates.com :) Try it! U'll love it!!!!!!!




Then in the end we'll see what the challenges are for this week :)

Movechallenge

So if u didn't guess already our challenge is to do some of the blogilates workiut wideos from youtube ;) every day till sunday ;) just one per day

Foodie

This weeks foodie is to do some smoothie ;) but don't do milkshake! It's all different and it needs sugar and icecream and stuff we don't eat ;) So we do healty smoothies :) got it? :) send me some pics please!!!! :)))

Okay guys :) Next time we will check up another favorite of mine: GYMNASTICS <3 Don't forget the challenges!

Week 1: Eating clean now

Hello guys! :)
Here's some notes from my first week :)

Monday:

So this is the first day of stop eating shit -challenge and it haven't been so hard as I thought it would be :)
So I have eaten breakfust and lunch and snack until now :) I bought some grapes for tonights circus show :) So when my friends will eat popcorn and candys, I'll eat grapes 8) So cool :D


Thuesday:

Today I got from work early so I thought: today is a gymday! And no, not gym where u lift weights. I mean gymnastic gym ;) here's pics for u guys :)



Sorry, I had so fun I totaly forgot to take pictures :/ 
And I have jumped 100 jumps by now :) 250 to go ;)



Wendsday:
I went to the gym again. This time I brought my sister with me :) exercising is much funier when u fo it with someone! I ate bananapuncakes for breakfust :)
If you are interested here's hiw to do them:


Bananapuncakes


1 banana
little bit cinemon
1-2 mugs milk
2 eggs
3 mugs oats

then just mix them all together with smoothiemachine :)




Then in the end I went to a sleepover to a good friend and when we watched movie I didn't ate candy and crisps, I ate melon and grapes 8) yammy!

Welcome u guys!

This is how I'm gonna motivate myself and motivate u too! A blog about getting fit and healty :) not skinny! It's all different thing :) and why would we wanna loook like skeleton? :D

Here's something I want u to see first




U don't wanna just stop eating for looking like this do u? :D

BUT this is why u wanna exercise and eat healty ;)

This woman is someone who I look up to :) Paige Hathway :) Found her in instagram ;)

Then to inspirate u :)









So guys I write here for us about 1-3 times in week and tell u how things are going on my way to getting fit and stop eating shit :) I also name all the mondays to be check up days when WE all can tell about our week and progres :)

Monday is also a day when I tell u how to exercise on each week and I will give u some tips and minichallenges ;) and I have two parts in minichallenges: foodie and movechallenge

So the first foodie minichallenge is to make delicious salad and then sent some pics to me in my email ( lillu97@windowslive.com) or sent them to me at instagram in private :) u can use your imagination and decite if u wanna do lunch salad or decert salad. Salty ot sweet :) but even a sweet salad is healty! Use berrys or melons or banana or whatever from nature! :)

Then this firts weeks movechallenge is to jump 350 jumps with jumping rope :) u have the whole week time to do this ladys! ;) u can jump when.u want but by sunday evening u have jumped all of the jumps :) that's the target and we are getting there. Here's a tip for this challenge: jump every day 50 jumps and it won't be even hard ;)

Then to the meal plan

U know how the athletics always do those meal plans? We are doing an eady meal plan ;)

10 steps healty eating

Step 1: no candys (eat fruits)

Step 2: no crisps or chips (or atleast make your own crisps and make them healty!)

Step 3: no popcorn (eat vegetables)
Step 4: no icecream (eat frozen yoghurt)
Step 5: eat every 3th hour something (breakfust, lunch, snak, dinner and something light before bedtime)
Step 6: eat rice instead of potato or macaron!
Step 7: eat lit if white meat like chicken and eat meat always at lunch and dinner
Step 8: eat vegetables and fruits and berrys every day!
Step 9: drink 8 classes of water every day! It REALLY helps!
Step 10: remember to eat! Never leave a meal!

In getting fit the meaning of eating habits is whole 80% and the rest 20% is how u exercise. So eat clean so the progres can show!

Let's do this!

Just remember:

Don't do it for no one but u!
Don't stop eating or drinkin!
Exercise when u can and have the pover to!
And NOTHING tastes as good as being fit feels!!!!!
